INGREDIENTS
1 serving- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop Apollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula-X Alpine Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 tablespoons sugar or Splenda or Stevia
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
INSTRUCTIONS
   1.    Add the unsweetened almond milk and vanilla protein powder into a blender.    2.    Blend until smooth.
TO MAKE WHIPPED COFFEE
   1.    Add the hot water, sugar, and instant coffee to a bowl.
    2.    Either hand whisk or use an electric mixer until the mixture is fluffy and light.
TO SERVE
Spoon a dollop over a cup of pre-made protein drink and stir. Enjoy!
