Curbs appetite, doesn’t make me jittery. It’s doing what it’s supposed too. Just not sure it’s as strong as I was hoping. But this was recommended by a nutritionist (against their will LOL) so I will be finishing the bottle and will update my review then

I’ve been using this product in it’s previous formula. This new formula really gets the sweat flowing. This is just starting my 2nd week using this new formula. I’m interested in seeing the results in a month or two for comparison. I really feel the product is working. 5 bright stars right now. I don’t expect any changes in that.
