A scoop is 19 grams I think. I use a mg scale for my preworkouts, and I only take between 7-8.5g of this stuff and feel really good and can do a long workout. I don't see why anyone would ever need to take more then half a scoop, stuff is strong. I used my first tub of the stuff and liked it so much, I bought 2 more cans.

This product has been a great add to my workout regiment. I mix it with bloodsport and a couple overtime pills. This has been the bomb awesome energy, fucus and muscle pump. Amazing. The beta alanine helps me push myself and throw more punches. I really wish there was a Bareknuckle non stim version as I have tournaments and I want to use this. I might fight at night and I’m expected to fight again in the morning but I can’t if there’s caffeine in my system. Also, please make a strong sleep aid
