2 scoops Apollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula X Protein in Alpine Vanilla
1 Orange Gatorade
APOLLON BIG STACK PANCAKES
1.5 scoops 50/50 Formula X Protein in Dutch Chocolate
1.5 scoops 50/50 Formula X Protein in Banana
1 whole banana
2 scoops gluten-free oats
2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
Add egg whites and blend until pancake batter is formed  (Note:amount of egg whites varies, so blend as you add them in)
Scoop 1 cup at a time into a non-stick pan
Cook on low heat
Add sugar-free syrup and cinnamon on top
(Ingredient amounts can be altered depending on ones macros)
