Order Processing Times

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

Orders placed before 3 PM (on business days) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to best meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7-21 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $99. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

International Orders

We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customs process in your country.

Lost or Damaged Packages
