Brown Rice vs White Rice

How to Use Apollon Hot Rice

Hot Rice can be used just the same as any other cream of rice -- breakfast, lunch, dinner, post-workout, pre workout, etc.

It can be eaten on its own or as part of a more comprehensive meal. One of our favorite combos is to mix a scoop of 50/50 Formula-X, 50/50 Formula-V, Casein or ISOBLAST after cooking a serving of Hot Rice.

For a richer, creamier meal, use milk instead of water.
