Sleep is essential to health, well-being and longevity.


Without adequate sleep, you can kiss your performance in the gym (and wistful aspirations for “gainzzz”) good-bye.

What is Nighty Night Fatty?

Nighty Night fatty is a stimulant-free body recomposition catalyst and sleep aid to help you fall asleep easier, sleep longer, and boost metabolism overnight so that you wake up feelings refreshed, energized, and in better shape.

What’s in Nighty Night Fatty?

At a high level, Nighty Night Fatty includes the most prominent, research-backed nighttime relaxation and sleep enhancers plus a few choice non-stimulant metabolic boosters and lipid annihilators to help you shave off  “that little bit extra” during your slumber.

L-Glycine

  • Amino acid used as a building block for the body’s primary inhibitory (“calming”) neurotransmitter -- GABA
  • Research in humans finds that 3g of glycine before bed may improve sleep quality and reduce feelings of sleepiness and fatigue during the day.[1,2]
  • Pre-sleep glycine supplementation has also been found to significantly improve feelings of daytime fatigue, liveliness, “peppiness,” and “clear-headedness.”[3]

GABA

  • GABA supplementation has been found to be an effective natural relaxant, comparable to that of L-Theanine (another ingredient found in Nighty Night Fatty).[4,5]

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate

  • Carnitine is an essential nutrient required for energy production.
  • It serves as the metabolic “taxi” that shuttles fatty acids into your cells so that it can efficiently burn fat for fuel.
  • In addition to aiding fat metabolism, supplementation with L-Carnitine L-Tartrate has also been found to reduce muscle damage and promote greater recovery.[6]

Zylaria

Lemon Balm

MitoBurn (L-BAIBA)

  • Molecule naturally produced by the body during exercise that helps to regulate carbohydrate and fat metabolism[12]
  • BAIBA may also help promote the “browning” of adipose tissue and defend against high-fat diet-induced obesity

L-Theanine

  • “Calming” amino acid found predominantly in green tea leaves
  • Can increase levels of serotonin and GABA, which can improve sleep while reducing feelings of stress or over-stimulation
  • Furthermore, L-Theanine has been found to reduce psychological stress and sleep disturbances and improve sleep quality[13,14]

L-Ornithine

  • Amino acid that  plays a central role in the urea cycle and aids in the detoxification of the liver
  • 400mg / day improves sleep quality markers in highly-stressed individuals[20,21]

InnoSlim

  • Research-backed blend of highly purified Panax notoginseng root and astragalus membranaceus root extracts developed by NuLiv Science
  • Bioactives naturally present in InnoSlim (e.g. ginsenosides) can inhibit glucose uptake up to 41% within the small intestine
  • Additional studies note that InnoSlim may enhance glucose uptake into the muscle cells, supporting stable blood glucose levels and muscle energy generation

Suggested Use
