I absolutely love this product! Like many people, I was using an energy drink or pre workout powder before boxing class. Both products weren't very helpful, and to be honest they hindered my performance. I listened to a podcast not to long ago where the owner of Apollon mentioned about how he like Kumite even better before martial arts training. After looking up the ingredients of Kumite I quickly saw why! This product is made for that type of workout and it surely does not dissapoint!!
