I genuinely loved this product. I have yet to take the full recommended dosage (as I am a die hard coffee drinker), but it has helped me get through hours of reading as a medical student!
Love it actually have great strength and conditioning and boxing workouts using it it’s second to none as far as focus goes
I tried once and 3 caps worked vary well for me and I'm 5'8 188. I got this more for my GF and she's been taking just one a day so she can have her coffee later in the day and she really likes the smooth energy and the odd appetite suppressing feeling. Being older, I'm big on research, so I am wise on most everything, but more importanly than ingredients is how it actually feels and Eddie/Muscle Players is very good for honest reviews and FitnessDealNews.com is also very good & honest. Good job! You put just enough Alpha Yo in there, as I'm not a big fan of it and don't tolerate too much. My experince in the Supps industry predates most as I was in the game from 1990 and on and have used basically everything that was good and was removed by the Pharma Corporations...or I mean FDA. ..one in the same. hahaa. Anyways; great work on this product!
I love it, I take it whenever I need to focus on a big task or when I need a big boost for a workout. Will definitely buy again.
To tell the truth , my first choice is always the ‘real deal’ , Modafinil. Nothing is like it. But unless you’re OK with paying by Bitcoin and I’m not, it’s impossible to get now because credit cards ( at least all mine ) will no longer allow international transactions. My bank shoots down e-checks too so I had to look for something OTC. I got real good results from phenylpiracetam but you build a tolerance to it real quick. I saw the reviews that claimed Overtime will be the last nootropic you'll ever need so I gave it a try. I’d say the advantage it has over the paracetam is that it does not give me an afternoon headache while OT did not. I tried three , four and five capsules with the four and five giving better results than the five... have not tried six yet. I’d recommend it and until I can get back on the Modafinil wagon , will probably go back and forth between phenylpiracetam and Overtime.
